3 ways to add notes:
- The most common way to add notes is through the “Document Viewer” page. Simply click on the image, and the screen will come up. You are able to type your notes into the “Notes” tab located on the bottom right of the screen. Once you are finished, click “add note”. The notes will now be visible below.
- You are also able to add notes using the Email Upload function. Simply attached the document into the email, and add a subject and/or body to the email. This information will show up in the “Notes” section of the document.
- Lastly, you can add notes to multiple document at once by checking the boxes of the given documents underneath the thumbnails of the images. Once the boxes are checked, right click on one of the images. Click on “Add Notes to Selected Images” and add the necessary notes.
